Every day the bees fly from the hive and collect the nectar of the flowers and turn it into pure honey when they return. Honey that comes from flower nectar contains aromatic substances (the essence of the flower) and the bees add antibiotic enzymes to it that come from the bee's saliva. This process gives natural honey its health properties that have been known for thousands of years. The small apiary allows us to wander with the bees, to follow the different flowering areas in nature and to collect high-quality honey from nectar of wild flowers, hyssop, jujube, eucalyptus, avocado, and citrus. During the heating (gathering of the honey), the types of honey are collected into separate barrels and packaged separately without processing and heating. Quality honey is the product of personal attention, love for bees and honey production. Our beehive products are used in natural medicine (epitherapy).
